Stupid talking

I feel stupid when I talk too much!! I ended up saying stupid things. The things that should not be said.. The things that I will regret.  The things that I can't deal with the consequences later on.. The guilty, the hatred, they are unbearable.. For sure.. I really hate my stupidity!!
